The exact data used depends on the feature a server enables and the actions you take while using Utilix. Utilix does not sell personal data.
Overview
Utilix provides moderation, utility, logging, tickets, support, and other Discord features. Utilix aims to keep data handling limited to what is reasonably needed to run enabled features and protect the service.
Identifiers and activity
Utilix may process Discord user, server, channel, and message IDs, along with commands, replies, message content, and attachments related to the feature being used.
Stored feature data
Messages or related records may be stored when reasonably needed for moderation, logs, tickets, safety, abuse prevention, and service performance.
Operational review
Relevant information may also be reviewed to investigate abuse, errors, service issues, disputes, or security concerns.
Third-party processing
If a server enables certain moderation or AI-related features, some content may be sent to trusted third-party services to provide those features.
Who may access data
Relevant data may be visible to authorised bot operators, trusted service providers, and authorised server staff where needed for enabled features such as logs or tickets.
Retention
Data may be kept only as long as reasonably needed for features, moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, debugging, disputes, backups, blacklist handling, or appeals.
Utilix does not sell personal data.
