Terms of Service

By using Utilix ("the Bot"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not invite or use Utilix.

1. Description

Utilix is a Discord bot offering utility features including, but not limited to, a ticket system, scammer reporting database, and other moderation or automation tools.

2. Usage Rules

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may not use Utilix to engage in or promote illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• You must not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or overload the Bot.

3. Scammer Database

• The scammer database is community-driven and may contain user-submitted reports.
• False or malicious reporting may result in blacklisting from the Bot.
• We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from reliance on this database.

4. Tickets

Ticket logs may include message content or IDs related to support queries. Server owners are responsible for informing their members if ticket logs are stored or shared with staff.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to remove access to Utilix for any user or server, with or without notice, especially in cases of abuse, violation of terms, or at Discord’s request.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Utilix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies.
• We are not liable for disputes or damages arising from Bot functionality or moderation outcomes.
• We are not liable for reliance on outputs, reports, or actions made using Utilix.

7. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Utilix does not officially endorse or verify any server, user, or moderator actions taken via the Bot. Presence of a user in the scammer database does not constitute legal judgment.

8. Beta & Experimental Features

Some features may be released as beta or experimental and may change or be removed at any time. By using them, you acknowledge they are provided without guarantees.

9. Suspension of Services

We may suspend Utilix temporarily for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for interruptions caused by such suspensions.

10. Uptime & Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of Utilix. Features may be modified, removed, or restricted at any time without prior notice.

11. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All code, features, branding, and design of Utilix remain the property of the developers. You may not claim ownership, redistribute, or resell Utilix or its features.

12. Command Restrictions

Certain commands or features may be restricted by role, server size, or other requirements. Abuse of commands (e.g., spam, mass automation, or evasion of limits) may result in loss of access.

13. Responsibility of Server Owners

Server owners are responsible for how Utilix is used in their server and must ensure compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. They are also responsible for informing members about the use of Utilix features (such as ticket logging or database checks).

14. Automated Use & Bots

You may not use Utilix through scripts, self-bots, or unauthorized automation. All interaction must occur through normal Discord clients or intended integrations.

15. Misuse of Features

Using Utilix to spam, raid, harass, or disrupt communities is strictly prohibited. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes in Utilix is not allowed. We may suspend or terminate usage without notice if misuse is detected.

16. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing or using Utilix, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team at [your email/contact] to attempt a resolution.

Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate placement on our blacklist, preventing further access to Utilix. You may also be held liable for any recovery costs or fees incurred as a result of the dispute.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Utilix after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
