Overview

Utilix provides moderation, utility, logging, tickets, support, and other Discord features. Please review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before using the bot.

Allowed use

You may use Utilix only in ways that follow Discord's rules, applicable law, and these terms.

Some Utilix features are optional or controlled by server administrators, so available features may differ between servers.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use Utilix to break the law, harass others, spam, scam, abuse the service, or interfere with the bot or other users' access to it.

Automated features

Moderation, filtering, logging, and AI-related features may be automated, may make mistakes, and may sometimes be unavailable.

Server administrators choose which optional features to enable and remain responsible for reviewing automated outcomes and configuring Utilix appropriately for their community.

Enforcement

Utilix may limit, suspend, or blacklist access for users or servers involved in abuse, repeated misuse, illegal activity, platform rule violations, or conduct that puts the service or others at risk.

Service changes and availability

Utilix is provided as available and may change over time as features evolve.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time, and uptime, speed, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Utilix and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the bot.

Acceptance and updates

If you are comfortable with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy above, you can continue to use Utilix. You confirm that you have reviewed these pages and accept them for your use of Utilix.

When the agreement changes, Utilix may ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing.
